Hyperlinking record citations in bench memos

Has anyone found a reliable workflow for turning record cites into clickable links within a consolidated PDF memo? I manage a 20-case Monday motion calendar and need our judge to jump from analysis to the underlying exhibits without juggling windows.

I merge the record into one PDF, add bookmarks at each exhibit, then run Evermap AutoBookmark’s ‘Create Links from Text’ (AutoBookmark™ Plug-in for Adobe® Acrobat® - Create and Manage PDF Bookmarks, Links, Table of Contents and Destinations) to auto‑link cites to named destinations; it’s saved us from Ctrl‑F roulette. Are your cites in a consistent ‘ER-123’ pattern, or do you have mixed styles? If they’re consistent, the batch run is almost hands‑free.
